My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms had a nice interior design with dark colors, but they tended to get warm despite adjusting the thermostat. However, the room I stayed in didn't match the photos provided, and there was only one folding luggage rack available.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were great, clean, and the bed was really comfortable, offering a nice view of the streets of Vienna. However, the room was a bit small and dark. The dining experience was good, but a bit expensive for what was offered. Overall, a pleasant experience.
